Helix Property is a specialist property management company, and we had the privilege of collaborating with them at 40 The Strand in London, providing support in maintenance contract monitoring and procurement. We initially provided consultancy which led to design support for their comms room and chilled water de-coupling project. We also supported them with a maintenance re-tender and provided technical support in rolling out a Data analytics system that has identified numerous issues within the BMS system.
