Project Overview.
We supported our long-term client, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, with MEP design services and a Cat B fit out of their Silver Leaf Whiskey Bar at 1 Bishopsgate Plaza. The project centred on MEP services design within a Grade II Listed Building located in a Conservation Area. It prioritised the consolidation of MEP services within proposed joinery and seating arrangements to preserve useful floor area for the Whiskey Bar. Furthermore, it entailed designing all MEP services in a low-noise, low-ceiling void environment.
