Project Overview.
We recently worked with Lawson and partners on Michelin House. We’ve provided long term consultancy on the building which has led to Design team support with EPC, Asset Decarbonisation Strategy and MEP Services Design Projects. Additionally, we provided analysis of the maintenance contract leading to a re-tender exercise. An MEP Condition Survey of the retail space pinpointed necessary lifecycle and best value strip out and repair tasks to prepare the space to be re-let.
