Asset / Maintenance Engineer.
Key Experience
  • 2+ years post graduate experience in an engineering consulting role
  • Experience in Maintenance Management within Commercial Property
  • Awareness and experience producing Asset Registers, Lifecycles and Maintenance Audits
  • Experience supporting and carrying out MEP Investigations, Surveys and full TDD Inspections
  • Understanding of key Building Services Regulations, Maintenance Management and Compliance in Buildings

Key Experience
  • Building Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree
  • Awarness of key Building Services Disciplines in Buildings
  • Experience of Thermal Modelling, 3D modelling, CAD and other digital design tools a plus
  • Interest in the Built Environment, Sustainability and Building Performance
  • Interest in professional accreditation and on the job learning and training
