Asset / Maintenance Engineer.
- 2+ years post graduate experience in an engineering consulting role
- Experience in Maintenance Management within Commercial Property
- Awareness and experience producing Asset Registers, Lifecycles and Maintenance Audits
- Experience supporting and carrying out MEP Investigations, Surveys and full TDD Inspections
- Understanding of key Building Services Regulations, Maintenance Management and Compliance in Buildings
- Annual Performance Bonus of up to 20%
- Annual leave of 36 days per year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) with Length of Service Employer enhancements at 3 years (37 days) and 5 years (38 days)
- Company Pension Scheme with Length of Service Employer enhancements at 2 years and 4 years’ service

Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
- Building Services or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree
- Awarness of key Building Services Disciplines in Buildings
- Experience of Thermal Modelling, 3D modelling, CAD and other digital design tools a plus
- Interest in the Built Environment, Sustainability and Building Performance
- Interest in professional accreditation and on the job learning and training
