Project Overview.
We recently worked with Amnesty International, on their building at 1 Easton Street, London. We worked with them to consolidate their rooftop HVAC plant to achieve planning whilst balancing MEP design with structural limitations and acoustic neighbouring limits. We also supported them with the transition of the MEP Services in the property to exceed modern energy efficiency standards and building regulations. Additionally, we managed the transition from a heating only building to fully air-conditioned and de-carbonisation through the removal of gas supply to site.
