Project Scope
- RIBA Stage 1-6 MEP Services Design and Monitoring
Project Overview.
We recently worked with Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a global hospitality company, on one of their luxury properties, 1 Bisopsgate Plaza. We supported them with the consolidation of services within a limited plant room space by forecasting future occupancies and loads to spaces not in scope. We designed Ventilation Supply & Extract Ductwork and 4-pipe LTHW and ChW services for proposed and future fit out connections. Additionally, we managed the commissioning for partially loaded HVAC systems.
