Project Overview.
We recently worked with The Royal Society providing maintenance contract monitoring and lifecycle reporting at Carlton House. The project involved several key components. Firstly, auditing findings prompted the re-tendering of the Maintenance Contract scheduled for Summer 2024. Secondly, feasibility studies resulted in the design of ventilation plants serving both the archive store and book store. Lastly, our consultancy work led to the preparation of an Asset Decarbonisation Strategy for the property.
